Privacy Policy

Key takeaways

  • This site has no accounts, and nothing you type into the planner is sent to us unless you turn on the optional encrypted synced copy: your plan is calculated in your browser and saved only in your browser's local storage.
  • We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate page statistics, but only if you choose Accept in the consent banner. Nothing is loaded from Google before that, and never on the planner page.
  • If you click an affiliate link, the retailer sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
  • We hold no personal database, so there is no account data to access, export or delete.

What we don't collect

This site has no login, no sign-up, and no contact forms. We do not ask for, receive, or store your name, your email, your child's details, or the inputs you type into the scheduler. Your plan and any progress you mark are saved only in your own browser's local storage, on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them. The one exception is the optional synced copy described under “Data we hold”, which is off unless you turn it on.

Analytics

To understand which pages are useful and fix what isn't, we use Google Analytics 4. It sets cookies and collects standard, aggregate information — pages viewed, approximate region (from IP, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and referring site. We use this only in aggregate and never to identify you. Google's analytics script is not loaded at all, and nothing is sent to Google, until you choose Accept in the consent banner; if you decline or ignore the banner it is never loaded. It is also never loaded on the planner page (/scheduler/), where you enter your child's details. We send Google page addresses without the part after a #, so the contents of share and restore links are not included. Google processes this data as described in its Privacy Policy.

You can opt out by using a browser or extension that blocks analytics, by enabling “Do Not Track,” or with Google's opt-out add-on.

Affiliate links

Some pages may include affiliate links to products (for example, on Amazon); none are live today, and this policy will be updated if that changes. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The destination retailer — not this site — sets its own cookies to attribute the sale, under its own privacy policy. We label these links and they never influence our guidance. See our affiliate disclosure.

Tips

Tips are optional. When you choose an amount, your browser sends only that amount, this site's identifier, and a short page tag (for example, “home”) to IN2Labs' tip service, which opens a checkout page. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own page, under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive no card details. IN2Labs keeps an internal tip ledger (amount, status, time, and site and page tag). The tip service also sees and briefly stores your IP address, solely to rate-limit abuse — that, and nothing more about you, reaches IN2Labs through this site.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for parents and caregivers, not for children. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone.

Data we hold

By default there are no accounts and no server-side storage of your inputs, so we hold no personal database. The site is served as static files; analytics data lives in your Google Analytics relationship with us in aggregate form only.

Optional synced copy. If you turn on “Keep a synced copy” in the planner, your plan settings and dose record (never your child's name) are encrypted in your browser and the encrypted data is stored on our hosting provider's servers (Google Firebase). The decryption key is part of your private link after the # and is never sent to us, so we cannot read the plan. The link is the only way to open it: anyone who has it can, and we cannot recover a lost one. Our servers see your IP address for rate limiting and standard request logs, as with any website. You can delete the copy at any time from the same panel, and copies not opened for about 24 months are deleted automatically.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, if we add display advertising, we will update it to describe ad cookies and the consent choices you'll have). Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
